A family business created by the waves with a simple goal: to offer its visitors fresh food, warm hospitality and experiences that remain unforgettable. Its name is inspired by the Saracen corsairs, who in the 9th century used the natural bay of Tsoutsourou as a base for their maritime raids in the Mediterranean.
